UPDATE: Joker RESCUED! Thank you, Muttville for saving this beautiful boy. Happy Trails, Joker! He is still looking for his forever home – he is not located in the San Francisco area. 

Today’s dog is Joker, he’s with the Contra Costa County Shelter Dogs in northern California.

We’re sharing Joker on behalf of the Contra Costa County Shelter Dogs…

Joker is a gorgeous boy. The volunteers tell us he is 7-8 years old, mellow, quite, good with other dogs.

UPDATE: Moose was adopted! This kind family made a long drive to save Moose – thank you!

Today’s dog is Moose and he is in need of immediate help! He is in Martinez, California.

We just learned that he will be euthanized today if not adopted or rescued. Please contact the Contra Costa County Shelter Dogs group for more information or call the shelter directly at 925-335-8330 – time is limited.

We don’t have a lot of information on him but we know the most important thing – he needs rescue TODAY!

Moose has a video, showing how happy he is and how well he gets along with other animals. He also has some pledges to support his vet care.
