Today’s dog is Penguin, a cute little gal located in southern California.
Penguin is an adult black and white terrier mix that was rescued from the Baldwin Park shelter after being there for a month. Weighing 12 pounds, she is a very happy and playful little girl, gets along with other dogs and will probably do well with children too.
She will “nose” you for affection and she loves lounging on her back for some belly rubs! Penguin also loves going for walks and stays right by your side no matter what your gait. She is well-mannered and quiet, she only barks if another dog barks first.
Penguin is potty trained, spayed, has had a full dental, is up to date on vaccinations and has been microchipped.
If you’re interested in meeting and possibly adopting Penguin, please go to Gone To The Dogs Rescue and fill out an adoption application. She’s also listed on Petfinder.
Please share and network Penguin using the hashtag @aDogaDay.
